Rilee Rossouw is a seasoned campaigner. He plays a lot of T20 tournaments and has loads of experience. He will be seen in action for the very first time in LPL. Rilee was the top run getter in the Cricket South Africa Provincial T20 tournament 2021 where he scored 295 runs in 5 game at an explosive strike rate of 157.

The best ranked South African bowler in T20I Cricket Tabraiz Shamsi will be in action for Galle Gladiators this year. Tabraiz will also make his LPL Debut. The swashbuckling batsman Faf Du Plessis will be in action for Jaffna Kings in LPL 2021. Faf was picked by Colombo Stars in previous year’s LPL but he withdrew from the event. Faf Du Plessis recently featured in the Indian Premier League 2021 where he was 2nd highest run getter of the tournament. 

Faf contributed largely in Chennai’s title win with 633 runs in 16 games at an average of 45 and a strike rate of 138.
